A velcro strap and an L-shaped piece of plastic that’s supposed to help with carpal tunnel syndrome? At $25.00, I decided to give it a shot!

I have carpal tunnel in my left hand at 3.4. I’m told surgery is possible at 4.0. It’s progressively getting worse so I’ve been trying several different methods for pain relief.

The M Brace looks like you’re wearing a watch and not a bulky wrist support. That’s a plus! I wear it snug (but not tight).

You can wear it in any of 3 positions on you wrist depending on your pain. Mine is on the pinky side of my left hand.

Day 1
I had absolutely no pain in my left hand. I wasn’t sure if it was really working or if the ease was merely psychological.

Day 2
To my surprise, there was zero pain again!

For the first time in 2 years, I’m pain-free in my left hand. I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED with this product and highly recommend it.
